Chef Mara Sinclair left a Michelin-starred kitchen to open a place where the ingredients speak for themselves. Ember & Oak sources from a network of twelve family farms within 50 miles of Brooklyn.

Every morning, our team selects the best of what's ripe, wild-caught, or freshly harvested — and the menu follows. No freezers. No processed shortcuts. Just food the way it's meant to taste.
