We don't source ingredients to fill a menu. We build the menu around what the land gives us. Every dish at Ember & Oak begins with a farmer, a forager, or a fisherman we know by name.

Our hearth is the center of everything. Open flame, live coals, wood smoke. There's no shortcut to the flavors that real fire produces, and we wouldn't want one.
